Is there a cheat for Budokai 2 to unlock every thing?
yes hold down the L2 button while entering the skill shop. bulma will talk but keep holding L2 when you leave the skill shop.Keep doing this repeatedly and your skill percentage will slowly rise. this unlocks everything,characters,fusions,potaras,skills.etc.
