in need of advice about felony case poss. C/S F/S. Also im out on bail. i want to know if there is suggestions about what steps or things i should do before next court date. thanx

Suggestion? Get an attorney unless you are trained and experienced in criminal defense and can effectively handle the various hearings and trial that could occur. You may be able to file supression motions, force and win a preliminary hearing, negotiate a deal at pretrial, convince the jury, etc. Contact me if you decide to do this right.
