I sold a Camper for $1050.00 in as is condition(stated in the bill of sale.) His friend now wants to return it and only refund $700.00 or, me give him $300 as he found a leak and doesn't want to fix it. He said that if I didn'tcall him in the next couple of days that he would call his lawyer and take the matter to court. What should I do? I even verbaly told him that it was an as is sale as the camper is a 1985 and we haven't used it since last October. Thanks in advance.
