If I purchase your legal doc package and not all of the information in the real estate forms apply, am I able to delete that information?

Are you buying or selling? How much money is involved? Have you ever bought or sold real estate before?
I don't do many real estate transactions that said I have been asked to litigate several when either the buyer or seller didn't have an attorney for the transaction.
