Have an old mini digger with ISUZU 3LB1 engine won't start No diesel at injectors primary fuel pump pumping into high pressure pump body Is what I think is a fuel shutoff valve on body testable?
hello take the side plate off just under the injector pumps make sure the rack is free if free why you hit the stater it should move across if it is free and do not move make sure you have power to the stop control solenoid at the end of the rack (3 wires ground hold on and pull in pull in only come hot when stater is engaged
these racks stick if been left standing any period of time with no use hope this helps Phil
