Is it normal for the brake pedal to go all the way to the floor board with ABS while holding at a stop sign or stop light?
No! sounds like you either have a leak or a bad master cylinder. pump it a few times and hold it. if you're still loseing pressure, check your fliud. do this a couple more times then cheak the fluid again. if you've lost fluid then its a leak, if not then its probably the master cylinder.
