The mother of my kids, 10 years ago, gave me an s.t.d., and said nothing about it. Very negligent. Would I be able to sue her at this day and time for the recent complications? I have been recently going thru some really bad mental trips, and my body is also changing more and more. Do I need to visit a doctor or therapist for a note?

You can sue her. But if you win, what will you get? I presume she doesn't have much money. Therefore, what's the sense in suing?
