My ex wife has custody of my 18 yr old son. He has 1 month of high school left. He moved out of her house and moved in with his girlfriends mom and dads house with her too, does this mean he is emancipated? We all live in Indiana

No. But it might mean that you can get a court order to stop sending his mother support.
