Is there any way for the court to get restitution and drop the charges so no criminal history will exsist? Ex: if a felony criminal case is dismissed wtih a diversion class, can that case be expunged with a prior expunge in the state of FL? and does dropped mean you dont get a criminal record?
Answer
If you have used up your one expunction then you don't get a chance at another, even if you got diversion. If it is dropped then it does not show as a "conviction" on your record, but the arrest will still show.
