Question

An emergency room doctor at a local hospital carelessly and negligently scarred my ear canal. Causing hearing loss, pain, and bleeding. Also additional doctor visits were necessary as a result, resulting in more money being unnecessarily spent. This occurred during a simple cleaning procedure. Do I have a case ?

Answer

If the problems you have are permanent in nature AND an independent medical doctor supports your conclusions, you have a potential claim. You have 2 years from the date of the negligence to pursue a claim. Seek legal advice as soon as possible.

Answer

Based on your description, there is a good chance that you do. You should consult with a personal injury lawyer. The consultation should be free.
