What does a warning light that has an exclamation mark inside of perentaces with a squiggly line under it mean on a trailblazer?
If by perentaces you mean parentheses (or brackets) and not percentages then it means your emergency brake is on. To fix it just pull the emergency brake release handle and the pedal should come back again.
