sir . the thing is like this i m from Pakistan . i moved to USA California on H1 visa 4 years ago . I came to Pakistan to get married . and came back 5 days after marriage and applied for H4 Visa for my wife to join me . she came here just 2 months ago and i we had some problems and we can no longer live together . now i don't want her here i so can i cancel her H4 visa so that she will have to leave for Pakistan ???? I don't want to apply for her green card... plz do advice

As long as she is legally married to you her H4 visa is valid and may not be cancelled.
