I am in the process of filing default documents in my divorce case, and am not in communication with the respondent. Is his signature required for the SEC/STATE NP/SF DP-2 NOTICE OF TERMINATION OF DOMESTIC PARTNERSHIP form?

If you are in a divorce case you shouldn't be filing anything to do with a domestic partnership. You need to talk to a lawyer or visit the self-help office at your local Family Court.
