My sister used my name for a traffic ticket 6 years ago when she drove past a school bus. Is it too late to do something about it? She told me about it a few days before she went to court. I was upset about it, but was advised that she would go to jail for identity theft. Since she was working hard trying to get her life back on track, I did not press charges. Now it is causing legal problems for me. My younger sister advised that she has done the same to her. The sister who used my name did not use the opportunity to improve her life, but went back to her old ways. Please advise
