My North Carolina Court order for child support ends on 9/22/08 (when my son turns 19) My former wife now lives in N.Y. (my son attends College in Pa which I pay for). Can my former wife sue for child support for an extension after 9/22/08?

That should depend on that state's laws since your original order is from that state and your son is not a resident of NYS.
