hi i rent a basement apt. but is it legal for them to rent it. its a walk out basement. it has a front door and 3 windows in front. but then u walk down a hallway 33 feet with no windows or doors in hall that leads to the living space and bedroom. but there is no windows or exits. so if a fire happens theres no way out.
