Do you make to make the artwork by hand to submit it to deviantart.com?
deviantart accepts all art including Digital Art (like made on the computer), crafts like sculpting and wood working, photography... but if you're caught with art theft, like you traced the image and claim it as your own, you'll be in trouble. if you get caught that is.
