I am the youngest of four brothers, I was left 25% of an estate, but my older brothers only gave me 35,000.00, of the house that was left, by our mother, and put what ever moneys in a trust, which I cannot access. My father just passed away and now I'm told that he died broke! I just want to know my rights, and the truth.

You should take a copy of any estate planning documents of your parents (i.e., trust) as well as any accountings provided by your brothers to an attorney to discuss your options.
Answer
