Question

Answer

Most likely would not be able to seal it due to the conviction for a felony. However, if the plea happened to be to a deferred sentence and you have completed the terms of the deferred sentence you might be able to. If this was the situation you would need to take a look at the plea paperwork to see if you otherwise agreed not to seal. Even then, a prosecutor could agree to not use a non-sealable clause against you - in very rare circumstances.
