my husband was served child support papers and has to respond. we are not sure how to respond to this because he currently gives her a set amount out of his paycheck which is deposited into her account. this comes to us as a surprise and we think she is out to try and get more money... what do u do

He needs to file an answer to the complaint or motion that was served. The answer has to be filed within 30 days of service. Forms are available at the Circuit Court clerk's office in your county and also online at the Maryland Judiciary website.
