I was married for 20yrs, my lawyer did not ask for my medical to be paid for my lifetime. I have been divorced for 10yrs now. I receive $300mo alimony until I die or remarry. Can I go back and have this put in, that he pay for my medical until I die or remarry? 20yrs is a long time. He was the one who left for another woman, and he is remarried. thanks

You technically could but I doubt you would get it. The court awarded what they thought was fair and at $300 a month does not sound like they thought he owed you more than that. You could ask for a modification if you feel you need more and $300 is not enough considering your circumstances.
