my 15 yr old son has a girlfriend who is now 18. we live in mn. his dad is mad @ him and now threatening to file rape charges on girlfriend. although i dont approve, i disagree as they met when she was 17. i have physical & legal custody. i do not want to see this happen.

Sexual contact between an 18 year old ana a 15 year old would be a serious criminal felony. If you do not wish that to occur, you would be wise to limit such contact.
