Can you use a 24VDC-100RPM motor for a generator?
No, one problem would be that 100 rpms would not be suffiecent to produce the correct frequecy (60) and it would be redundant to power the motor with electric that is would make and if you where planning on powering it with its own output the loss of energy between input and output would not allow it to even run. This would be along the lines of perpetual motion so your idea, brilliant as it is, would not work.
