I have a 6yr old daughter that does not know her biological father and now hes come out of nowhere wanting visition rights i went to the first to court hearings now my family has moved out of state do i DO NOT want to go to the court. if I dont will i get in trouble ?

If you do not appear you risk having the court give him custody of you child.
