I want to equally buy in the name of my 3 kids,the youngest is 20-yr and non of them is married, a one-family house as an investment. I also want to be the one who manages the property. What is the best ownership method?

I would put in a LLC with you as the managing partner and the only person allowed to sign for the LLC
