me and my ex-boyfriend bought a car together and i am listed first on the title he is listed as co-borrower.now he is racking up tickets and his licenses will be suspended at the end of the month..He has the car i was wondering if there is anyway that i can get the car back to me until he gets his licenses situated?

You apparently entered into an oral general partnership to own the car. That means that each of you has an equal right to use it. If he is withholding your right to use it you may be able to get a court to order the car sold and to divide the proceeds between you. See an attorney with all the details.
