What brand of tires is the best?
Depends on what is your purpose for the tire use racing driving daily snow off road

I know for the snow i dont trust anyone but michelin tires Xice series are the best studded and none studded all season tires i have ever drove on for my cars

For racing i choose yokahama they have most advanced threads for all types of racing and all conditions

For off road Firestone does great with grip and none running flat fat tires will do the job.

So it all depends on the purpose go to tire rack they do race track tests on their tires and check the reviews. They do everything racing tires daily driver tires and its all right there for you to read how well it handles on gravel, snow, ice, very hot track, wet ect.
