But, the smart thing would be to get advice specific to the particular facts of your case. Many defense attorneys offer a free or low cost initial consultation. Get a copy of your ticket, or arrest report, and meet with one. You need to determine your available defense, and plea opportunities. It is impossible to do that without knowing what Court you are in, and what the evidence is.
