Question

I have an executed contract to buy a property, the bank terminated the contract because the title is not good because there is a supposed owner now that is reclaiming the property, can the bank void the contract??

Answer

Read your contract. What do you mean by reclaiming?

Answer

Read the contract. Probably, the paperwork will tell you that if good title cannot be transferred, then the bank does not have to lend money (which makes sense).
