He been in jail for 11mo awaiting trial,they postpond it again,,want to naminal bail,,but he has a state parole detaner,how can I get the detainer lifted for nominal bail

If he has a state parole detainer his bail on his new case may not matter, because even if you post his bail they will not release him until he goes in front of the parole board.
