Question

who do I contact if discriminated against for my gender and race on the job

Answer

The EEOC, and an employment discrimination lawyer (do the latter first).

Answer

I agree with the last post. I would contact an attorney, such as myself, specializing in labor and employment law in Georgia first. I would be happy to offer you a free initial consultation by phone. If you are interested, please click the link below and complete our free consultation request form, providing as much detail as possible.

Answer

I also handle these type cases, and would be happy to discuss the matter with you.

The EEOC is a necessary evil under the law. Therefore, if you are covered employee, you must go through that agency before you file a claim in court. The agency will do an investigation and issue an right to sue letter.

I can be contacted by e-mail - [email protected]/* */ or (770)367-1234.
