i just went through bankruptcy and was granted except the judgment my previous employee (partner) had on me because the judgment was made due to fraud or not doing my feduciary responsibility. what can i do to argue that

You need to defend the adversary proceeding. It's just like a lawsuit where they have to prove fraud. You will need a lawyer to defend it properly.
