My husband passed away in 2008. We have a mortgage on our house and the credit is in his name. My name is on the title, I have been making a big house payment since then, but i just can't keep doing this. If I do a quick sale or a forclosure can they come after me?

I would need more details, as it should be impossible for you to own sole title and him to have the mortgage.
