Question

How long after a bond is posted does another county have to come get someone before they have to be released, and can a judge from one county revoke a bond on another county

Answer

Assuming the person has been sentenced or otherwise completed the issues they have in the holding county, then the receiving county has 30 days to get him. If they don't there is no automatic release, but his attorney can file a motion to get him released. That said, I've never seen one county not come get a defendant if there is a proper hold put on that person.
