I'd like to know if child support payments are
to be used for educational expenses.
My daughter is attending a laboratory high school
and my ex is expecting me to pay half of all the
registration & book fees which totals about $700.
Am I legally responsible for the expense?

It all depends on what your Judgment says. You can agree to pay it and that could be the end of it or you can refuse and she will take you back into court for an increase in support and collateral expenses. Your choice.
