Me and the father of my child currently have 50/50 custody of our daughter. I have always wanted full custody, is it possible for the judge to grant me full custody next time we go to court. I don't drink or do drugs or anything like that. I have a full time job and am independent.

If the court already determined that 50/50 is best for your child, it is highly unlikely to get the court to suddenly give you full custody absent a substantial change in circumstances. It is not a question of you drinking or doing drugs, but in CA, the presumption that the child has a right to share in the life equally of both parents, absent a reason not to do that. Good luck.
