My boyfriend was recently arrested (4 days ago) do to an attachment with holds for missing court during probation (on pro because of possession of marijuana). They have yet to give him a court date or anything i fear him losing his job, our only income source. Most of all I fear him being in there for a long period of time its heartbreaking. How much longer will it be, What can we do to get him his case before the judge much sooner so he can be free and come home??

His probation officer is the one you need to talk to about scheduling the probation revocation hearing. It is usually set for the next criminal court hearing date.
