My Pharmacy went out of business, without my consent they sold all my records and prescriptions to another Pharmacy> I was not notified in any way and upon speaking with the district manger he said they have very right to do so. Is this legal for them to sell my medical records without my consent. I feel they violated my rights.

Take the agreement to an experienced franchise attorney.
