My son is now living with his father and is behind major money to me on child support and thinks I should now pay him. He also will not let me see him or talk to him on the phone. I have a court date on some payments he wants credited as my son was living with him. He wants me to pay back him when he still has to make payments when I still receive them. I have gave him back in good faith one of the monthes in question as I would like to be able to visit my son. Any ideas on some legal advise to a poor soon to be college student to better my life and miss my son?

you need to file contempt/enforcement against him for back support. Then you need to file a modification of custody/visitation/support.
