What kind of legal action can I take against a structure that has built on my property and there was only a verbal agreement for hunting and camping. Now this person I gave permission to use the property is deceased and I never gave anyone else in his family permission to use the property. Can I go to the local Jp's office

and file a writ of removal or do I do a 30 day eviction?

Are you wanting to get rid of the structure, or somebody who's in it?

You don't evict a structure.

If there's someone there that you don't want to be there, tell him to leave. If he doesn't, file a forcible entry and detainer with the Justice court.
