I paid for boat repairs over 8500.00 that took the boat connection over 6 months to repair and still not repaired. they have the money and the boat and are giving one escuse after the other. we have asked for the boat back and to take out the parts and to give back with the money and they refused.

the boat went back to them three times since we paid in may.

please contact me with info on what type of lawsuit this falls under.

You might want to speak to a lawyer to see what type of lawsuit, but sounds like at a minimum a breach of contract action. Feel free to call my office if you wish to discuss further.
