My grandson and his 5 month pregnant girlfriend want to get married, there is a question about who the biological father is. My question is if my grandson marries the girl will he be financially responsible for the child, if the paternity test shows he is not the father ?

He could be for a variety of reasons. If he signs a voluntary declaration of paternity at the hospital, he will be deemed to be the legal father. If he holds the child out to the public as his own, and receives the child into his home, the legal doctrine of parentage by estoppel may also come into play.
