Question

How does the State of Illinois define "Living Rights" after the passing of a homeowner?

Answer

Not sure what you mean by living rights, but when an owner of real estate dies, the property will go to the devisees named in the will, and if there is no will, the property would transfer under the law of intestate succession.

Answer

I agree w/ Mr. Moens. Where did you hear of such terminology? If you could explain, we might be able to help you better.
