I live in Missouri and I signed a 5 year rental agreement to commence on 11/15/2011 and the landlord is not letting me take possession until 11/28/2011 does this automatically void the contract? Because I want out of this rental agreement.

This is a tough one to predict. If you secure substitution housing, the landlord may be responsible for the extra expense. If the lease says 11/5, na dhe cannto delvier possion unitl 11/28, he may have to reimburse you for a hotel and storage unit for that period. If the landlord does not agree to reimburse for that, then you can probably cancel the lease prior to moving in, and get all your money back. But, you may have to sue to get it.
