I am conservator for my father and successor trustee for the Family Trust. My brother has been on a five year campaign to overturn this and my mother who originally opposed by brother joined with him two years ago. She left home and I have been caring for my father since with the help of 24 hr caregivers.

Now my mother and brother have hired an attorney, who had her file bankruptcy, stopped the court ordered sale of a commerical property, sued my fathers attorney, the judge and is who is suing me personally for $4,000,000. I need to consult with an attorney who specializes in BK.
