I just received an eviction notice. I didn't have all the money for my rent, and I went to a charity office for help. the gave me an appointment, and I notified the landlord in writing about it. I have some of the money but not all. I can't move out, no place to go. What can I do?

Without payment, you will be evicted. Eviction notice does not specify if it is the 3 days notice to pay or vacate OR whether it is the 5 days summons. either way you need to act quickly. Without payment the eviction will proceeds rather speedily.
