Question

Answer

Repercussions for not paying child support, or for not filing his taxes? There are adverse consequences for both, but does he in fact owe taxes? If yes, the IRS is a very nasty creditor. As for the back child support, a contempt citation usually gets their attention.

Answer

You should open a case with the State of CT if you haven't already. They can go after him for you.
