Twenty five years ago, in 1989, in her Moscow's apartment, NadiaRuss, began her serious experiments with ink pen and and later,brush. Knowing the art history and past artists' achievements, shehad a goal to create the new style of visual arts. She succeeded.In 1989, Nadia Russ created NeoPopRealism.
In our regular life, an average person uses only 16% of the brain'sgray matter, but to do something unique and often to understandsomething unique, one must involve more than 16%... Many artistsrely on the drugs and alcohol trying to achieve this state of mind.Nadia Russ made it other way. She followed advice of a famous inRussia psychologist Anatoly Kashpirovski. In 1989, Kashpirovski hadhis program on TV. During his TV sessions, the whole country wasliterally and figuratively glued to the television sets. One ofthose sessions was dedicated to creative people. Psychologist wasteaching how to destroy limits and remove restrictions that preventour brains function in a high creative mode, and to involve morethan 16 percent of the gray matter. It worked. And today, thisinformation is included in every Nadia Russ' art instructional bookin a chapter "Get Inspired."
